Some people think of a Handyman as unlicensed, unprofessional, and unreliable. Even after serving over 19,000 customers we often face that kind of thinking. Our new name says what we do, (Home Repairs) and who we are, (Contractor). When coupled with our successful history, any doubt is removed about our capability or professionalism. When a customer calls Home Repair Contractors, during normal business hours, they get a live voice. Not someone’s wife, child, or answering machine, but a skilled and trained Customer Service Representative ready to help. On-time appointments are made and reconfirmed. Estimates are provided free and they are priced by the job, not by the hour, and if accepted, generally started immediately or at the customers’ direction. Finally, all work is guaranteed in writing.
